Kalea Alloy Seal Smooth & Shine Straightening Iron Spray
Condition of Hair:
About the Company
Kalea Rose Hairline was born through the idea that one product line should have the power of nature balanced with the ingenuity of technology. Every product should be exemplary and multifunctional so that it can be used on all kinds of hair.
What is it supposed to DO?
Alloy Seal Smooth & Shine is a Non-aerosol,UV protectant leave-in spray for blow-drying and the use of flat irons. Gives manageability and shine, free of paraben and sodium chloride, protect hair from the sun’s harmful rays, which can fade hair color. Great for Keratin Blowouts.
How important is scent?
Little to none. This is perfect because we did not want to seal a scent into the hair with the iron.
How does the product feel when you use it?
Great, very light even when it gets on the skin it gets absorbed.
How does the packaging look and hold up?
Packaging is great and we love the spun aluminum bottle. Spray nozzle works perfect distributing a nice fine mist throughout. Mists to about 10 inches so perfect for working it yourself.
We put it through the paces!
We were testing several upscale and entry level straightening irons. Alloy Seal Smooth & Shine Straightening Iron & blow Drying Spray worked great. It was simple and easy for us to use and for our clients to use as well. We placed the product and the irons in their hands and the results were just as if we had done it ourselves.
Great shine and pliability to the hair. We sprayed it into hair we were finishing with some dryers and brushes we were testing and loved the slip and shine. It really enhanced the blow drying and finishing process even without using an iron.
LOVE the amount of product in the bottle, at 5.5 ounces there is plenty as compared to the smaller bottles we have worked with. This will last the right amount of time & is a great value because of it.
Peter Anthony and his friends share tricks of the trade!
We worked with the product on damp and dry hair, what we found is that we liked it better on dry hair when we were using the straightening irons. Lightly, lightly damp hair when blow drying worked best for us.
We also found our best results at about 400 degrees or above for the irons. And everything we suggested to our clients was from the middle of the hair to the ends of the hair.
Products you will need to complete the experience
We think this product works great with better irons (of course) but it made mid level and entry level irons perform WAY BETTER.
Peter Anthony shares his last thoughts on the product
If your working with irons you need this type of product period. We recommend Alloy Seal Smooth & Shine for Straightening irons as one of our choices. The results are consistent and very very good.
