Kalea Sleek Styling Creme
Condition of Hair:
About the Company
Kalea Rose Hairline was born through the idea that one product line should have the power of nature balanced with the ingenuity of technology. Every product should be exemplary and multifunctional so that it can be used on all kinds of hair.
What is it supposed to DO?
Provides excellent sleek during blow-drying. Smooths, silken's and straightens curly and unruly hair without weight. Helps dry hair 50% faster. Light-weight formula maintains natural body and bounce. Seals the cuticle for extra shine. Locks in moisture and anti humidity.
How important is scent?
The scent on the Kalea Sleek Styling Creme is clean 'very light' and what we are describing as fresh with the lightest of floral undertones. Magically it i gone as your experiencing it and you know when we work with products we love that they do not overlap scents especially in the styling category.
How does the product feel when you use it?
we placed Kalea Sleek Styling Creme in our hands and worked it through the hair. It feels luxurious and creamy. The cool aspect was how easy it was to work through the hair without feeling like it was leaving to much in any one place. It worked through and spread easily.
How does the packaging look and hold up?
The packaging in understated, clean and well constructed. I works and looks well on a vanity.
We put it through the paces!
Hey, I have to tell you we get a lot of products with a lot of claims to test all the time. What I really love about boutique products that are produced by busy hairstylists is that they are designed to work for "the client". Kalea Sleek Styling Creme works really well, it never jammed up the hair (we tested on thick curly hair and normal hair as well). It did seem to cut the drying time down measurably. What we loved is that it really did control those split ends and fly a ways, WELL. I can describe it like this it 'tamed the hair' and put you back in control. The hair was never hard and felt good and touchable when we finished with the styling.
Peter Anthony and his friends share tricks of the trade!
Working this product into the hair in small amounts seemed to really let us control the outcome. We found that it worked better on hair that was a bit more damp. After we applied it with our hand we also worked a open bristle paddle brush (Denman D83 Large Paddle Brush) through the hair to make sure we spread the product evenly. Prior to that we had sprayed a bit of the Kalea Revive in the hair as well so the slip and control really was incredible.
Products you will need to complete the experience
This is a stand alone product that you can easily integrate into any system. that is one of the aspects that I love about it. We did test Kalea Sleek Styling Creme with the Kalea Revive Hair Complex and it worked great.
